Mixed media installation
Preserves: fix, stain, embed, section, is informed by Histology, the preparation of tissue samples for viewing under the microscope. Produced for the Domestic + Science exhibition, connecting science with everyday experiences. The work pertains to scientific process, domestic preserving of food products, and the “pickle” we are in.
